I've been getting a lot of questions recently about 'creating' things and what that actually means. An easy way to sabotage ourselves is to think that it means we have to create something from scratch, but that's rarely the case. Most of the time, whether you're creating a class, or a product, or expanding your services, the point isn't to come up with a brand new thing all your own, but to assimilate and organize information from someone else. That's actually what experts do. They take information from a lot of different people and put it together in a way that it creates new understanding. That's it.
